As a state-certified ski instructor, I have been working in the Tignes – Val d'Isère area for 23 years.
My background as a competitor led me to coach instructors in training. As an official test opener, I supervised competition courses in various ESF schools and at Mattis courses in Val d'Isère, then all levels with Evolution 2.

🎓 A state-certified national alpine ski instructor, I have also been a non-commissioned officer in the professional fire brigade, responsible for sports and physical training.

🎯 My goal: To make people love skiing, to practise it in a joyful atmosphere, to teach it through play – play is often serious, to be kind, to know how to adapt to your age and your desires...
None of this can be improvised. Fun, enjoyment and the desire to improve go hand in hand! Learning is one of the most powerful sources of pleasure in our sport. Wanting to improve is part of the sporting culture.

In a friendly atmosphere, whether for technical training or to recharge your batteries by keeping fit... But above all, for pleasure. Because pleasure is the determining factor in sporting activity: it is central to decision-making, motivation to practise, achieving goals, the sensations brought about by practising, the satisfaction of a job well done and... It can be shared.

In addition to skiing technique, coaching includes advice on nutrition, physical conditioning and mental skills development, with the added bonus of discussions on equipment, sports medicine, the environment and its wildlife, mountain culture and local heritage.
