My name is Oscar Ythier, and I’m from La Clusaz in Haute-Savoie. I’m 20 years old and have competed in freeride skiing at a high level on the European circuit. 🇪🇺
I was French champion and European champion in 2021, and came 11th in the Junior Freeride World Championships in 2022.
I have now stopped competing to focus on my work as a ski instructor – a lifelong passion – as well as teaching. 🎓
Oscar enjoys getting to know people, spending time with them, chatting and sharing his knowledge, and above all, seeing them improve.
He is at ease with an international clientele and speaks fluent French and English. 🌍
Oscar is also an entrepreneur who has set up his own business specialising in bespoke, high-end artificial turf, allowing him to move straight into his second job after the winter season.
Recently, he has also taken up modelling and photography – passions he’d always dreamt of exploring! 📷
