What is stand up paddle ?
Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is a water sport where the participant stands on a wide board and uses a paddle to move across the water. It's a fun and accessible activity, ideal for discovering new aquatic landscapes. Stand-up paddleboarding originated in Polynesia, where locals used boards and paddles to travel on the water. Modernized in Hawaii in the 1940s, it has gained worldwide popularity due to its simplicity and accessibility. Paddleboarding can be enjoyed on various bodies of water: lakes, rivers, and the sea, each offering a unique experience.

In addition to the board and paddle, it is recommended to wear a life jacket and clothing appropriate for the water temperature. Evolution 2 provides all necessary equipment, including wetsuits if needed.
