TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Evolution2 Val Cenis
1. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") apply in their entirety from November 1, 2024, to all services related to the teaching and supervision of sports and outdoor leisure activities (hereinafter referred to as "Services" or "Outdoor Activities") as well as ancillary services offered by Evolution 2 Val Cenis. The Outdoor Activities and ancillary services are described on the website. The T&Cs govern all bookings of Services made by phone, at the office, or online on the School's website (the "Website"). Booking any of the aforementioned Services implies unreserved acceptance of the T&Cs, notwithstanding any contradictory provisions.
2. SELLER IDENTIFICATION
The Services covered by these T&Cs are organized on behalf of independent professional instructors gathered under Evolution 2 Val Cenis and sold by:

3. SERVICES - OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
The Services and Outdoor Activities are provided in the form of group or individual lessons/courses by professionals authorized to teach the relevant disciplines. The main Outdoor Activities offered, though not exhaustive, include:
- Snowboarding, off-piste skiing, yooner, airboarding, mountain karting on snow, dog sledding, yoga, ice diving, apnea under ice, ice floating, spa, aqua sensations, kayaking, paddleboarding, and hydrospeed.
4. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS / SAFETY
4.1 Supervision
Evolution 2 reserves the right to adjust groups or reassign a participant whose skill level does not match their declared level, subject to availability in other groups. The School may cancel a service if terrain conditions are unsatisfactory. The professional will inform the participant or the guardian of a minor participant. Services are confirmed subject to a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, group lessons will be converted into private lessons of reduced duration based on participant numbers.
4.2 Equipment and Helmet Use
Participation in Outdoor Activities requires appropriate technical and clothing equipment in good condition. Participants must consult the necessary equipment details for their chosen activity on the Seller's website. Evolution 2 reserves the right to refuse participants without the required equipment. Helmets are mandatory for all snow sports and recommended for other activities.
4.3 Safety and Timing
Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. They must follow the professional's advice before and during the Service. While professionals provide guidance, risks inherent to the activity remain. The School reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behavior disrupts the course or endangers safety. Participants must arrive on time as scheduled. Late arrivals will not be refunded, and the activity will proceed without the late participant.
4.4 Snowboarding Lessons
Snowboarding equipment is not included in the booking. Participants must have valid lift passes when specified. Time spent on lifts does not count as part of the Service. Evolution 2 is not responsible for lift interruptions impacting the Service.
5. BOOKING ACTIVITIES
Bookings for Outdoor Activities or ancillary services (hereinafter "Booking") can be made:
- Online or at the Bella restaurant (hours available on the website).
- Via the Website at www.evolution2.com/val-cenis.
All bookings must specify the selected Services, dates, participant details, and ages. Pre-contractual information is provided prior to confirmation, including: - Service description and essential characteristics.
- Price and execution date.
- Existence and exercise terms of the right of withdrawal.
