Règlement du jeu concours "Calendrier de l’Avent – Evolution 2 La Rosière 2025"

Article 1: Contest Organizer

This contest is organized by CDA-Evolution 2 La Rosière, a secondary establishment of the simplified joint-stock company whose registered office is located at 137 rue François Guise, registered under number 901 613 851.

Article 2: Conditions of Participation

The contest is open to any adult individual residing in mainland France or abroad, except for employees of the organizer, their families, and anyone who contributed to the development of the contest. Participation is free and without any purchase obligation.

Article 3: Contest Duration

The contest takes place on Instagram from December 1, 2025 to December 24, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Any participation received after this date will not be considered. The result will be published on December 25, 2025.

Article 4: Participation Requirements

To enter, users must:

• Complete the challenge within 24 hours,

• Post a story tagging @evolution2_larosiere,

• Follow the indicated guidelines.

Any participation that does not meet these conditions or uses multiple/fake accounts will be disqualified.

Article 5: Winner Selection and Notification

The person who earns the most points (according to the scale in Article 6) throughout the contest period will be the winner. They will be contacted via private message on Instagram by Evolution 2. If no response is received within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

Article 6: Game Rules

• Each completed challenge earns 1 point.

• 1 bonus point per challenge for creativity.

• A bonus of 3 points for participating in all 12 days.

Article 7: Prize

One gift voucher worth €30, valid for our activities until August 31, 2026.

The prize is nominative, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize.

Article 8: Prize Delivery

The winner will receive a code or registration procedure provided by Evolution 2 to book their activity. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any inability to participate due to personal constraints or force majeure.

Article 9: Personal Data Protection

The information collected is intended exclusively for Evolution 2 for the management of the contest and the awarding of prizes. In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), each participant has the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete their personal data by submitting a request to: privacy-evolution2@compagniedesalpes.fr or CDA EVOLUTION 2 - DPO - 137 rue François Guise - 73700 Chambéry.

Article 10: Liability

The organizer cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or any event beyond its control resulting in the modification, postponement, or cancellation of the contest or the prize. Instagram does not sponsor or manage this contest and cannot be held responsible for any claims related to it.

Article 11: Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.

Any non-compliant participation will be disqualified.

Article 12: Disputes

These rules are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement will be submitted to the competent court in Chambéry.

Article 13: Publication of the Rules

The full rules are available upon request at la.rosiere@evolution2.com and can be viewed on the Evolution 2 website or social media platforms.
